To make your reservation by phone,
Call us toll-free at 1-888-784-8372
Before calling, please have the following information prepared so that we may
better serve you:
1. Select a preferred room type from the options displayed on the rooms/rates page.
2. Know the dates you wish to stay with us and choose alternate dates in case we don't have your selected room type available for your primary dates.
3. If you wish to take advantage of one of our terrific package deals, be prepared to tell the reservations clerk which package you're booking and the dates you wish to stay with us. Again, have backup dates available in case we are sold out for your primary dates.
Once you have made your reservation, the reservation clerk will
ask you for a deposit (1st night's room rate per
room booked or $100 per package room booked).
You may use any major credit card over the phone
or personal checks/money orders are accepted for
deposit only when mailed and received by hotel a
minimum of 10 days prior to your requested
arrival date. Final payment will be
required at check-in with cash or credit card
only.
If mailing deposit (should time allow), your
reservation will be held for 5 days pending
deposit receipt by the Palace. Once the
deposit is received, we'll send you a
confirmation letter via return mail.
Cancellations on confirmed room reservations
made prior to 3 days of arrival date will be
charged a 25% service fee on the 1st night's
room rate per cancelled room with the balance
refunded. Cancellations made within 3 days of
reserved arrival date are subject to full
forfeit of the 1st night's room rate per room.
Package deposits of $100 per room will be
subject to full forfeit due to the
non-refundable increments involved.
Reservations are held until midnight on day of
arrival unless reserved for later arrival as
denoted on your confirmation letter.
Reservations not used after midnight revert back
to hotel personnel for resale.
Room styles, floor levels & specific room
numbers may be requested but cannot be
guaranteed.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
