POLICY/TERMS: ROOM
RATES: All
room rates for 1-2 persons in standard room for
select periods with advance reservations only.
Efficiency units/suites available for additional
nitely fee. Room
rates subject to change & exclude holidays &
special events. Two
nite minimum may apply. All rates plus 14% tax &
gratuities. Extra
persons + $20 per nite + tax.
Children 12 and under free with occupying adult.
Occupancy to 4 persons maximum per room in
standard accommodations.
All reservations
require first nites room rate as deposit with deposit
applied to last nite of stay.
Hotel balance due upon arrival-no personal
checks. NO
REFUNDS ON EARLY DEPARTURES.
Deposit refunds on cancellations received prior
to 3 days of reserved arrival date subject to 25%
service fee with balance refunded.
All cancellations received within 3 days of
reserved arrival date (and NO SHOWS) are subject to full
forfeit of first nites room rate.

Package rates & increments subject to change,
substitution or sell-out.
All rates plus 14%

Package rates are based on 2 persons only;
additional persons +$101.00 + tax. Occupancy to 4
persons maximum per room in standard accommodations.
$100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required per room
with all package reservations.

All deposits on "no shows" subject to
forfeit with room available for resale.
Off street parking is limited & subject to
availability "1st come 1st served" for 1 car
per room or suite. Additional
parking (metered & without fee) available in close
proximity to hotel. All vehicles must be removed from
hotel parking after check-out.
Pets permitted 2 per room max. + $25 per pet
nitely with signed PET AGREEMENT (select rooms only &
space availability).
